AUTHOR/PUBLISHER NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT 1. AGREEMENT Upon the execution of this Agreement it is understood and agreed by both parties herein that in order to explore the possibility of a future engagement between the Author and the Publisher regarding the Authors system the Author shall demonstrate and explain the Proprietary system to the Publisher on the Publisher's computer system located at the Publisher's main office. A demonstration and explanation of the system shall be for the duration of one (1) day only.
