Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement the Target Website Owner hereby grants the Linking Website Owner permission to provide a link with minimum dimensions of [NUMBER OF PIXEL BY PIXEL] in form provided by the Target Website and approved in the reasonable discretion of the Linking Website Owner linking from the Linking Website Owner 's Website to the Target Website Owners Home Page. Such link shall be placed on the home page of the Linking Website at a location that is mutually agreed upon and that will be seen by users who load the Linking Website into their web browsers using industry standard (Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer most current versions) and an 800 by 600 VGA monitor.
